Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive Playa del Carmen

Such wonderful stay, we were there for 2 days. Our favorite place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Loved the restaurant for lunch.

The venue itself is understaffed, however it has best staff, stunning location.

Everything was very good, nothing to complain about, I would recomand it. Loved hotel's food and service, had an absolutely amazing stay because of the food and comfort of the property. The room was fine with jacuzzi, had wake-up service, that's cool.

The room was incredible, with hot tub. Visited their restaurant Amaranto couple of times. The hotel of choice in Playa del Carmen.

The bathroom I had was terrible.

Staff and food were very good and I especially loved that the place was fairly clean. The great onsite restaurant had lots of food. It was really great time in Playa del Carmen.

Had a fairly nice stay because of the food and comfort of the hotel, everything was perfect. The staff were pleasant and incredible hole time of my stay. Got double room with 2 beds as expected, liked it.

Brand-new hotel, good service provided. Exceptionally comfortable bed, super room, I loved a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar and a seating area. There was outstanding food, the staff was exceptional.

The hotel itself was fairly clean and hip new. I liked the restaurant & great breakfast. The room was fine and the staff was superbly friendly. Positioned in the great area, right by the beautiful carribean sea, Cancun, the beach.

Cool hotel, responsible staff, pleasant location, free breakfast. The bed was quiet and the room was cool, yet the view was awful. I liked that the venue was 25 minutes drive from the airport.

Wi-Fi was terrible.

atmosphere was exclusive and staff were skilled. american breakfast, with biscuits and hot waffles. the beach nearby was fantastic and the view was good.

The place was handy, overall clean, had GOOD staff and food. I got free upgrade and loved it. Sweets in the lobby, convenient. Very peaceful stay.

The breakfast was delicious with hot waffles and cookies, the bed was comfy. So extremely gracious personnel, were happy to help. Simple check-in and personalized service.

I liked the beds, they were extra comfortable, and how extremely helpful the stuff was. They made my stay great. Room was lovely, very fine. Absolutely perfect views. Favourable location, not too far away from Playa. Nice clean hotel and decent service.

The location was really handy, breakfast was substantial. The room was very large, nice bed. The staff here were happy to help with my every need. The pool was very clean and the views were superb.

Wonderfull and clean enough place. Booked a room with almost perfect views. There was a stunning restaurant with healthy meals.

Relaxing stay in the safe area. The staff was absolutely friendly, the room seemed to be well cleaned, impeccable service. They had warm breakfast with hot waffles and cookies.

pristine hotel, i loved it. variety of supplies in the room: a private safe, tv set and ironing facilities.

New-fashioned rooms, professional staff, really beautiful location. All in all it's so clean place, they have really comfortable beds. The service of the hotel is outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay. The standard junior suite suited us: it had a heating system, a writing table and a couch bed. A great selection of fantastic food.

A bit noisy street.

We really loved this place, it's family. Some rooms have a minibar, central heating and TV set. Moreover, free Wi Fi was great. There is plenty of restaurants and bars only a short distance to the hotel.

Food was GREAT. We really enjoyed this hotel. Interesting place for trip in Playa del Carmen.
